Instruction Creating A New Survey
( VinaSurvey.com Ver 3.0 )

1/ Create A New Survey:
+ To start a new survey: Access [url="http://vinasurvey.com/vs_project"]VinaSurvey.com[/url] then Click on or choose "Create New Survey" from User Panel ( Pic 1.1 )

+ Fill neccessary information in the form then click "Save and Continue" ( Pic 2.1 )

2/ Create questions for questionnaire
+ After create a new survey your survey will appear in "My Surveys" list. Choose a survey from your survey list to create qusetions for that survey.

Description:
- Survey Name will show survey name, private or public survey, language of survey, published date and ended date of survey, template of the questionnaire.
- Status will show status of questionnaire ( Published or Unpublished ). Published means this survey is collecting data, Unpublished means this survey is designing.
- Amount show amount of questions that are created in that questionnaire.
- View: amount of view of questionnaire
- Reply: amount of responses
- Data: statistics of the survey.

+ After choose a survey from your survey list then click on "Add Questions" to create a new question for survey ( Pic 4.1 )

+ Enter a question, question style and answers list ( for Closed Questions ) ( Pic 5.1 )

+ “Add a textbox in answers list.” to add a text box for respondents enter their opinios if they have answers different your answer list.

3/ Align questions and preview your questionnaire ( Xem lại Hình 4.1 ).
+ “Preview Questionnaire” to view the questionnaire you are designing.
+ To align orders of questions click on "Align Questions" then enter numbers in Order fields, Questions will order by ascending.


4/ Edit questions and questionnaire ( Pic 4.1 ).
+ When you want to edit your survey information click on "Edit Survey Information".
+ When you want to edit questions of survey click on a question from question list.

5/ Collect data:
When you finish questionnaire designing you should check again your questionnaire by click on "Preview Questionnaire". If everything is ok you can publish your questionnaire and collect data ( Publish Questionnare button ).

Note: After publish questionnaire you CAN NOT edit this questionnaire ( except: Template of questionnaire )
